Okay, so I found out today that I can really loose my patience with people. And boy did I lose it. I was such a bitch to most people today at work that my boss thought that a co-worker of mine was being serious 'bout me needing to learn manners. She had to come talk to me and find out that we were just joking. That really was not good. Oops. Guess that I need to learn how to disguise how pissed I am sometimes. But seriously, how many times does someone need to tell you to actually look at the stuff you are working on before you screw it up? I mean, if a file is missing from the stacks and you are not starting off the case with page 1, wouldn't you think that maybe you would need to check to see if the file was checked out? There is this one girl at work who does not use her head at all..and I am shocked that she was promoted to senior. But then again, if they gave awards for brown-nosing, she would get first prize!! The boss doesn't talk to her about repeatedly being late, doesn't discuss the mistakes that she is making with her. It is just crazy. And then, if you are seriously sick and throwing up, wouldn't that be a sign to you that you might need to stay home? Especially if you are throwing up every ten minutes or so? Our job might be a pain in the butt sometimes about attendance, but I am sorry, I wouldn't want one of my employees at work if they are tossing their cookies. That is just some common sense. Now to something else of complete stupidity. Or maybe I just miss the logic on this one. How is the cause of divorce blamed on one person and their research? I read that today in an article on 365gay.com. Some conservative groups are picketing a movie that is being released because the gentleman it discusses did major research on sexuality...all sexuality. That research is such a hot controversal topic anyway, but this fella, according to the groups picketing the movie, is supposed to be the cause for an increased divorce rate, the increase in AIDS and several other things. (Okay, so I read the article this morning and seem to have leaked half the stuff that he is being blamed for.) Who knows. Okay....I guess that should be enough bitching now. Perhaps I need to go take some more frustrations out on some computerized people. "And now I shall suck your blood." Adios!!
